The process is easy for someone wanting to learn how to easily hypnotize someone. However, for the process to go well some factors need to be considered. If the person does not believe in hypnotism, it will be hard to hypnotize this person. If they do and they have the ability to accept suggestions, hypnosis may be successful. Suggest to them that they are so relaxed they are now entering into a hypnosis state. Share with them that they can accept whatever they hear that will be beneficial to them.
Now you will begin saying the positive things they are being hypnotized for. Therefore, if someone wants to quit smoking, you will provide positive suggestions to achieve that goal. These suggestions should provide that person will a new attitude, feelings and behaviors.
To bring them back, you will tell your person to stop imaging. Tell them you will count to five; on five tell them they will feel awake, refreshed and alert.
